Sacramento Kings guard Dennis Schroder has been suspended for 3 video games after an incident during which the NBA says Schröder confronted and tried to strike an opposing participant following the Kings’ 125-108 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers on Dec. 28.
“The NBA right now introduced that Sacramento Kings guard Dennis Schröder has been suspended three video games with out pay for confronting and making an attempt to strike one other participant,” an NBA assertion learn.
“The incident occurred roughly 40 minutes following the Kings’ 125-101 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers on Dec. 28 at Crypto.com Area, when Schröder sought out the participant in an area hallway and initiated the confrontation.
“Schröder will start serving his suspension tomorrow when the Kings host the Houston Rockets at Golden 1 Middle.”
Movies from the sport appeared to indicate Lakers star Luka Doncic taunting Schröder through the sport, with Dončić seemingly telling Schröder, “It is best to have signed that contract, bro.” This was a reference to Schröder allegedly turning down a 4-year, $84 million extension with the Lakers in 2021. Schröder ended up signing a one-year, $5.9 million taxpayer mid-level exception contract with the Boston Celtics as a substitute.
Video appeared to indicate Schröder telling Dončić, “I am gonna beat the s— out of you.”

Dončić ended the sport with 34 factors, 5 rebounds and 7 assists to Schröder’s 11 factors, two rebounds and 7 assists.
